Akua Ofosuhene, a plant medicine & Ayahuasca guide started African Spiritual Practices events in London 3 years ago. It is a 2 day conference exploring African spirituality; and the diverse healing rituals, modalities & technologies it has spawned.

Over the years people started asking for a longer deeper experience, and the opportunity to be truly immersed in African esoteric practices and the African Spiritual Practices Retreat was born.

Akua Ofosuhene has united the expertise in African and Eastern traditional spiritual practices, psychedelics, and complementary plant medicines to craft a transformative retreat experience. This journey is designed for those ready to release personal and ancestral traumas and embrace a spiritually centered life

Additionally, we have three facilitators who will lead workshops and healing sessions focused on personal divination, soul washing, ancestral trauma release, everyday herbal remedies, and skincare preparations.

Welcome to Weycha Bayhouse, our beautiful oceanfront retreat home! Our sanctuary is the perfect place to connect with others, and experience moments of pure relaxation. Choose from one of our five room options, with prices ranging from £1100 to £2500.

Korcove Beachfront

is 2 doors from Weycha Bayhouse, its a leisurely 2 minute walk on the beach, or you can take 2 minute walk round the front. Korcove has 5 rooms from £1250 to £2000

J Black Apartments

is a suite of 3 apartments made up of 1 X 2 bedroom apartment with a kitchen and sitting room & 2 X 1 bedroom apartments. This development is brand new and just 10mins away from Weycha by taxi. We have a taxi van on hand to bring you to and from Weycha Bayhouse daily. The price for the apartments start from £850 to £1500

Early in her development as an aspiring Physicist, she took her academic perspectives of science to the mushroom, in order to learn more expansive first hand information about the quantum hyper dimensional realms and the multiverse of plants, animals, and fungi we live in. Acacea left the academic world primarily due to the lack of diversity/opportunities to perform academic level consciousness based scientific research.

As a result, she is now working alongside her peers and students in Divine Master Alchemy classes, helping spread her continued research on the science of consciousness, ancestral healing, genetic reprogramming, and the history of ancient and modern civilizations that use plants, zooneirogica and fungi as medicines, sacraments, and healing tools.

Is the founder of Divine Master Alchemy, an educational portal that bridges the ancient and modern use of plant medicines by honoring their mysteries. It employs ancient myths, logos, and entheogens to decode how these plants were originally used by ancient masters. These techniques are grounded in Nexus points that connect Medical, Myth, Logos, History, Anthropology, and sacred plants.

Acacea will be delivering a lecture on one of the many subjects from Divine Master Alchemy.

Acacea’s research is inclusive of but not limited to: the Fang of Gabon, Bwiti, Fulani, Berber, Ancient peoples from the land of Punt, Khem, Kemet, Bedouin shamans of the desert, Taoist, Daoist, Ancient Chinese Medicine, Ancient Vedic, Tamil, Sumerian, Zorastrian, South African Sangoma Medicine, Ahmen of the Maya, Aztec, Toltec, Olmec, Chavin, and Maltese, crossparalleling histories, narratives and cultural uses of Entheogenic and non-Entheogenic medicinal substances. One herb can have two dozen names and a hundred uses across multiple civilizations and time periods, we study the multitude of history so we can view an herb or Entheogen from a 360 degree perspective. Our symbol is the ostrich feather, symbolizing this knowledge, and our connection to the ancestors.

Ayahuasca Ceremonies

There will be 2 Ayahuasca ceremonies. All participants must fill in the Ayahuasca assessment form. There will be a group light dose introduction to the medicine on the first night. The following 2 ceremonies will be 1 to 1 unless stated otherwise in a private cabin facing the sea. The roar of the sea means you can cry & wail without disturbing a soul. A member of the retreat guide will be with you through out the ceremony to help and support you in your needs.

Safety & Discernment

Akua Ofosuhene our Ayahuasca lead guide is certified by the Ghana traditional medicines council and has been serving psychedelic medicines for 7 years. We have a medically trained Nurse with us throughout the day & night of ceremonies and 2 red cross trained volunteers. We also have a contract with a clinic 5 mins away in case of a medical emergency. We will never compromise on safety. We adhere to our strict medical screening procedures and observe our safety protocols at all times. To participate, you must be in a reasonably good physical and mental health,

Food & Nutrition

Nutrition plays a vital role in the healing journey at our retreat. We offer a menu composed of organic, farm-to-table vegetarian meals that are not only delicious but also designed to support health and recovery.

Our Chef and her staff will using fruits and vegetable that are in season. Outside of meal times there will always be fruits and juices available to everyone.
