Preparations for therapeutic and or spiritual work with medicine

** People with a heart transplantation, please seek medical advice before embarking on psychedelic plant medicines, especially Ayahuasca or Iboga. Microdosing, breathwork and somatic movements may be more appropriate.
**If you are taking SSRIs or anti-psychotic meditation, then please let us know. Doses may have to be adjusted, or we can help you taper off over time so you can take medicine.

QUESTIONS TO THE MEDICINES
**you can take any spiritual or 3D world question to the medicines.
The medicine you have chosen to take will reveal to you what you need to do, or a behaviour or perspective you need to drop: so you can move closer to where you need to be, or get what you want or need.
** As soon as you feel the call to medicines, begin to clean up your diet. Cutting down or eliminating sugar, alcohol, meat, processed foods, news media, disturbing, violent and troubling films, pornography & media. Start paying great attention to your life, family, people, plants and animals that are close to you.
**My philosophy and approach to working with medicines follow a 4-point process. that feels like the 4 legs of a table.

**1st corner: Intention & preparation of mind body & soul.
**2nd corner: the medicine, journey, trip
**3rd corner: integration & understanding of the experience
**4th corner: the work list (habit changing activity) that is generated
**1st corner: Intention & preparation of mind body & soul.
Identify the problem you would like to go away. What you don’t want is to know
WHY you have a problem or UNDERSTAND WHY. WHY is the start of a story that feeds the ears, but does not free the heart.
***test the medicine. Dare to identify the behaviours, beliefs, attitudes, perceptions & traumas you no longer want to live with.
These technologies are wiser than we'll ever be, don’t worry about how the transformation can happen.
1.1 Prepare mind body and soul by thinking about the nature of the problem, how long you've been experiencing it, what outcome you would like after the medicine.
Begin Cleaning up your diet, stop drinking alcohol, eating meat. Eat less in general, drink more water and connect to some herbal cleansing teas especially
**clover flower tea, activated charcoal in water & coconut water. In some cultures, people also stay away from having sex.
**Connect with water, meditate while showering/ bathing, drinking. Imagine yourself washing away your troubles as you wash. Pray into your drinking water.
*Do a 28, 21, 7 or 14 day Candida cure diet (there are many online) Candida overgrowth will block the quality of the journey. If you’re working with Shrooms, its possible to not journey because of Candida overgrowth. If you suspect that you may have candida overgrowth, but are having difficulty following a Candida Cure diet then consider microdosing to help you change your diet, or consider working with Ayahuasca, or have several sessions of Kambo frog medicine.
1.2 . Have at least 3 cleansing baths before sitting. A cleansing bath has sea salt / Epsom salts. A little bit of coconut water, any moon water you may have, Florida water. Make sure to pour the water over your head as well. All the time meditate on your intentions or ask the water to direct you to the right question and to aid in your journey.
The day of the medicine fast for at least 8 hours. If this will be hard for you, journey in the morning after a long 8 to 10 hour sleep. This will ensure that your gut is empty.
2. The medicine & trip. (Please close your eyes at the start & try to sit up straight for as long as possible)
The medicine in my experience gives insights into a story you hold that does not serve you, it deletes, cleanses and clears trauma. It removes Trauma data from certain timelines and organs
and points at things you need to do,
stop doing,
ways to see,
ways to behave,
better ways to interpret and understand in the 3D world.
The medicine can mediate a meeting with, or a transmission from your ancestors, your higher self or soul, your guides, spirit animals, minerals, plants, planets, land masses, deities or entities.
There is nothing to fear. I will be with you throughout the journey.
The feeling of being in the journey is slightly like being in a hyper real dream, but with large sections being lucid, in that you know that you are sitting down in a room and that I am nearby. The knowledge / information can sometimes be over whelming because of the speed at which information is being delivered to you. Don’t worry, just breath, feel your breath going in and out. The information and healing during the journey is delivered in circles. It begins in a wide circle, lots of information is thrown at the mind, as the trip goes on the information, insight, healing is repeated, each time its summarised further until you’re about to wake up when you’re given a type of summary. This is not the case if the trip is an audible one where you are being given information to speak out loud. That can be more of a channelling experience. I will normally take notes for you to read back to you at the end. Some trips can be one of just feelings & knowing’s, devoid of colours. There can be physical pain sometimes that comes with information. You can be shown the negativity of your mind and perception through a series of horrible images.
All things are possible, but you will never be given an experience you can not handle. And there are exercises I can take you through if you get stuck. (this is very rare)
Most people get to experience how held they are, how important they are, how loved and how they are love.

3. Integration. Is a thorough look and examination of what you saw, felt, did and was done to you. If we are in a group then I may ask you to write it all down or make a tape recording. Don’t worry about getting the story down chronologically. Just keep writing or recording.
Then get out your list of intentions and run through them one at a time and answer: What information, healing, clearing, things to do, or people to speak to. Write down your answers next to each intention.
If you are in therapy you can take this to your next session.
By referring back to your original intensions you start to understand the work that was done in the medicine realm and what work you now have to do in the 3D world.
4 The Work to do list. This stage is often missed out because its rather hard. It calls for an active engagement with one’s shadow and how we manifest our own unhappiness. Our ‘work to do list’ is a key to the ways in which we hold on to and do fear, loss, greed, self-hate, lack of care, disregard and so much more.
The work to do list. is taking all that we've learned in integration to open doors of our perception and behaviour so we can react differently in the 3D world.
The work to do list is how we change habits.

The medicine heals us, leaves us stronger and wiser now, so we have the power to be different, so we have the power to break our unconscious habits.
The work to do list' should be written up and a nice border drawn or painted round it and stuck on the inside of your bedroom or wardrobe so you can see it daily.
When you leave after the ceremony, the healing done by the medicine will give you time, insight and power to be different in the moment, because your perception has now changed and now you have time to be act and react differently. Sometimes because of habit, you won’t catch yourself in the moment and old reactions will come out. Don’t worry, don’t be hard on yourself. The more you engage with your work to do list. Slowly slowly your habits and automatic reactions will change. You will become aligned with the healing you received. The old emotional energy you held prisoner all this time will be let go and you will be free. You’ll start to live the healing you received.
Here's an example of what I am talking about.
I once sat for someone who was anxious about an approaching family occasion because a sibling would undoubtedly end up accusing their parents of past hurts, upsetting the mother to tears, the father to anger and my client to the rescue. My client will become the family police and sometimes even force their sibling out of the family home. My client could never relax around their family. They felt dread and anger about a childhood marked by having to be the good child.
In the trip they learned to let go of so much of the anger and physical pain from their body. They learned that they were held and was loved by nature and their family. They saw many instances where their fear of conflict arising brought the conflict forward. How they unwittingly controlled the family dynamic. They saw how wounded their sibling was.
For them 'the work to do list' was to lean further into their work and joy with plants and nature. The harder work was about stopping their own habitual controlling behaviour in family meet ups.
They began to watch their actions and reactions in family get togethers. They started to let go of fear that their sibling was going to upset celebrations and the family dynamics began to change. They began to enjoy the company of their sibling and parents. Family get togethers could be whatever they turned into. They sometimes went well and sometimes did not, but she used these occasions to exorcise the behaviour patterns that fed her anxiety. Interestingly her sibling did not need to be chucked out of the house again.
